Dr. Jaime Mejía
He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Zulia (1964-1970). He completed a rural internship in Ciudad Ojeda (1970-1972) and an Internal Medicine residency at hospitals in Maracaibo, Venezuela (1972-1974). He then completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center, University of Miami (1974-1977), followed by a fellowship in Special Procedures and Computed Tomography at the VA Hospital and Jackson Memorial Hospital (1977-1978). He was certified by the American Board of Radiology in 1978.
